Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist is responsible for overseeing, planning, and administering physical therapy evaluation and treatment to program participants, blending outpatient, home health, and geriatric focused therapy to restore function and prevent disability.

Requirements

• Completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy or 4-year program from an accredited school
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
• 2 years of experience working with an adult or geriatric population preferred
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications
