The Schedule Navigator is responsible for providing administrative support to the clinic staff, providers, and external contracted providers, while ensuring all participant appointments are scheduled, tracked, and reported to all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years of office related experience
- 1-year experience working with the frail or elderly preferred
- Electronic medical records experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Knowledge of standard medical office practices and procedures
- Computer proficiency in office software and procedures
