Clinical Program Manager

As a Clinical Program Manager at Rocky Mountain Human Services, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families in creating their future. The Clinical Program Manager provides direct supervision and support to Clinical Supervisors within the Community Transitions Department to ensure the delivery of quality services to participants in various programs. The goal is to ensure comprehensive, coordinated, easily accessible, culturally informed, trauma informed, and integrated services are available for people in the community.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field
• 5 years of mental health direct care experience
• 2 years of management experience preferably in the mental health field
• Currently hold a Colorado License, without sanctions, in a behavioral health discipline such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist
• Ability to complete required training as required by the State of Colorado
