Requirements
- 2+ years of field sales experience (any industry)
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas in competitive environments
- Experience in territory-based, in-person sales roles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse clinical and administrative groups
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and full-cycle sales skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools
- Ability and willingness to travel daily throughout Phoenix and the surrounding areas, with additional Arizona travel as the territory expands.
