Requirements

• Source, engage, and screen candidates for Field Services roles
• Own interview logistics and manage candidate communications
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Recruit for junior–intermediate roles across the business
• Drive co-op and campus recruiting
• Partner with hiring managers to craft role-specific assessments
• Collaborate on social media and employer brand initiatives
