Job Description
This Lease Operator position is for an experienced operator responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment like pumping units and ESPs. The role involves route monitoring, data recording, equipment maintenance, and responding to call-outs within a given area. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of pumping units and efficient route-keeping skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Lease Operating experience
- Strong understanding of pumping units and ESPs
- Ability to run and maintain assigned routes independently
- Comfort with computer documentation
- Ability to drive up to 300 miles per day
- Pass background check, driving record check, and DOT drug screening
