Job Description
This full-time Lease Operator position involves maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment, including pumps and ESPs. The role requires independent operation, route monitoring, and data documentation. The operator is expected to be able to perform basic maintenance and respond to call-outs in their assigned area.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Lease Operating experience (required)
- Strong understanding of pumping units and ESPs
- Ability to run and maintain assigned routes independently
- Comfortable with computer documentation
- Must be able to drive up to 300 miles per day
- Pass background check, driving record check, and DOT drug screening
