Job Description
This Lease Operator position in the Delaware Basin focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment, including pumping units and ESPs. The role requires operational knowledge of pumping units and efficient route management. The operator will operate within a company-provided truck, fuel card, and benefit package.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Lease Operating experience (required due to minimal supervision)
- Strong understanding of pumping units and ESPs
- Ability to run and maintain assigned routes independently
- Comfortable with computer documentation
- Must be able to drive up to 300 miles per day
- Pass background check, driving record check, and DOT drug screening
