Job Description
This Lease Operator position in the Delaware Basin involves operating and maintaining pumping units and ESPs, monitoring production data, and ensuring well performance. The role requires independent route management and data recording with a focus on troubleshooting and equipment maintenance. The position will be assigned directly to the Foreman.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Lease Operating experience (required)
- Strong understanding of pumping units and ESPs
- Ability to run and maintain assigned routes independently
- Comfortable with computer documentation
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive up to 300 miles per day
- Background check, driving record check, and DOT drug screening
