Job Description
We are looking for a GTM Engineer to create automation backbone for our commercial team, design and implement automations and AI workflows that dramatically increase our Sales and CS teams' efficiency. The role will involve creating AI-driven workflows for lead generation, outreach and CRM automation, and designing and building system integrations between our systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in CRM automation, APIs, data integration and AI workflows, and experience with Hubspot, Zapier/Make, BI Dashboards or similar tools.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in CRM automation, APIs, data integration and AI workflows
- Experience with Hubspot, Zapier/Make, BI Dashboards or similar tools
- Proven track record of directly improving commercial KPIs
- Strong training and presentation skills to onboard teams into new processes and tooling
- Knowledge of SaaS sales methodologies (MEDDIC) or familiarity with ad tech and performance marketing ecosystem
