Job Description
Rondo is seeking a driven Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design and development of Rondo’s proprietary heat battery systems. This role will involve designing critical systems, components, and tooling to scale deployment of RHBs globally and contribute to industrial decarbonization. The company focuses on reducing world CO2 emissions through affordable renewable energy solutions.
Requirements
- Convert product requirements into technical specifications
- Perform engineering analysis, prototyping and/or testing
- Lead multiple projects concurrently, managing timelines and budgets
- Develop scalable manufacturing processes and procedures
- Design for high volume manufacturability and lower cost
