Job Description
Terabase Energy is seeking innovative Mechanical Engineers to drive the development of innovative and efficient mechanical systems for solar utility power plant installations. The role involves all stages of the product development lifecycle, from design and prototyping to validation and supplier coordination. The position is based in Davis, CA, with up to 25% travel to customer/vendor sites.
Requirements
- Related technical education with minimum 8+ years experience in Mechatronics, mechanical product design, industrial automation, robotics and high-volume manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (3D modeling & 2D drafting) and GD&T (SolidWorks preferred).
- Experience with static structural finite element analysis (ANSYS/ABAQUS/SolidWorks Simulation).
