The UGC Marketing Manager is responsible for the operational implementation and optimization of UGC ads on Meta, TikTok, and others, with a focus on performance, scalability, and creative excellence.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in UGC or performance marketing
- Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and common analysis tools
- Ability to evaluate performance data and prioritize optimizations based on data
- Experience in briefing and creator management and recognition of performing content
