Job Description
Rothy’s is a sustainable footwear company with a focus on creating wardrobe staples from recycled materials. They are seeking a Seasonal Retail Ambassador to experience the brand in person, provide excellent customer service, and advocate for the brand in various touchpoints, including online and in-store. The position offers a 90-day timeline and has a variety of responsibilities, including loyalty building and contributing to sales goals.
Requirements
- Provide excellent customer service at Rothy’s store and online.
- Support Retail Manager and Assistant Manager in operational duties.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and processes.
- Actively contribute to team sales goals.
- Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
