Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our Chief Operating Office, initially focused on a major transformation Programme. The Programme Manager will manage the end to end delivery of RL's most complex and critical programmes, leading large cross-functional change teams and overseeing budgets and financial performance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience of multi-year programme delivery involving complex technology and business landscapes
- Expert in planning, scheduling and risk management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and commercial awareness
- Knowledge of Consumer Duty requirements
- Budget responsibility in the region of £10-£20m
- Proved leadership experience, including people leadership and development
