Senior Project Manager

We have several opportunities for Senior Project Managers to join our Chief Operating Office, initially focussed on a major transformation programme. As a Senior Project Manager you will lead complex initiatives, apply best project management practice, and provide leadership to the delivery team.

Requirements

• Extensive demonstrable experience of delivering complex projects within financial services
• Ability to solve and unblock issues within teams or departments
• Adaptable approach to communicating across all levels in Royal London
• Skills to build consensus between organisations or highly independent and diverse stakeholders
• Proactivity and future thinking around the management and control of project costs and benefits
• Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment
• Experience of leading project teams, building and maintaining the trust, confidence, commitment and collaboration of others
• Experience of working on integration programme or project, or platform migrations is highly desirable
