Job Description
The Process Engineer is responsible for managing the technical aspects of the plant, including troubleshooting, process control, and process improvement. A strong background in engineering and design, project management, lean manufacturing principles, and process reliability in a manufacturing environment is desired.
Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Engineering Management
- 3-5 years of experience in a medium to large-scale chemical manufacturing facility
- Background in process safety management
- Demonstrated skills in designing equipment, plant and processes
- Experience in transitioning development projects from lab into manufacturing
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience applying them in an industrial setting
