Job Description
The Maintenance Technician position will be responsible for the general maintenance work and maintaining the cleanliness of the common area on the interior and the exterior of the property. Perform regular custodial duties, grounds work, and landscaping, including cleaning breezeways, operating equipment, and assisting in pool maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field
- General knowledge in a variety of skilled trades
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
