Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician position will be responsible for the general maintenance work and maintaining the cleanliness of the common area on the interior and the exterior of the property.

Requirements

• Perform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain the common areas
• Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager
• Thoroughly clean breezeways
• Execute basic landscaping
• Assist in the preparation of make-ready units
• Operate safely various equipment
• Assist in pool maintenance
• Ensure prompt response to emergency on-call and after-hours maintenance assignments
• Complete work orders and maintenance tasks within 24-48 hours
• Perform repairs to maintain the community's aesthetics and structural integrity
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies
