We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance work and maintain the cleanliness of the common area on the interior and the exterior of the property. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field, and a valid driver's license. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Perform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain the common areas
- Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager
- Assist in the preparation of make-ready units
- Operate safely various maintenance equipment
- Assist in pool maintenance and understand basic pool care
- Ensure prompt response to emergency on-call and after-hours maintenance assignments
