Assistant Production Supervisor

The Assistant Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the effective utilization of the workforce in the assigned production area, prioritizing and managing time/resources to achieve maximum productivity and accuracy, and supervising, training, and monitoring department personnel.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Degree in manufacturing, engineering, or business, and/or 1-2 years relevant experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, in particular, Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced in Excel)
• Experience with ERP systems preferred (LN, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience working in a machining/production environment with machine programming knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of operating Vacforming or Screen Print machines is a plus
• Must be a motivated self-starter
• Must be a team player
• Must work well with all associates in a team environment
