The Sr. Global Marketing Director will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing global marketing team, driving integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and generate high-quality sales leads across international markets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven senior leadership experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a global or multi-regional context.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and grow a team.
- Excellent project management skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Ability to influence and drive engagement across all levels of the organization.
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to take the initiative and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (CRM, SEO, marketing automation, analytics).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Applicants must be 18 or older.
