Job Description
Rubrik is seeking a Director of Sales Engineering to lead Sales Engineering Managers within the Central Region, responsible for securing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth. The role involves talent acquisition, technical leadership, account management, and advocating for a new hybrid cloud data management platform. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, technically competent, and experienced in enterprise account management and sales presentations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales engineering management experience in a software or data center environment
- 5+ years of recent experience in enterprise accounts
- Fundamental breadth of technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery and data analytics
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to go the extra mile
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
