This role requires a trusted advisor who can drive high-impact recruitment processes with speed, precision, and discretion across international markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on executive or senior-level searches
- Demonstrated success in placing C-level, Heads, and Director-level talent across international markets
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including headhunting, market mapping, networking, and leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and industry-specific channels
