Ruby Labs is seeking a seasoned Executive Recruiter to lead and manage searches for senior leadership and C-level roles, partnering closely with senior leadership to attract, engage, and secure top-tier talent. The role requires a trusted advisor who can drive high-impact recruitment processes with speed, precision, and discretion across international markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on executive or senior-level searches
• Demonstrated success in placing C-level, Heads, and Director-level talent across international markets
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including headhunting, market mapping, networking, and leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and industry-specific channels
