We are looking for a Junior Ad Creative Producer who is hungry to grow, experiment, and push the boundaries of advertising creativity. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, but with strong creative instincts, high motivation, and a deep interest in digital ads, performance marketing, and AI tools.
Requirements
- Contribute fresh ad concepts weekly
- Support the creative brainstorming process with ideas based on trends, competitors, TikTok/Reels format evolution, and performance learnings
- Work with designers and creative producers to bring concepts to life
- Coordinate production timelines to ensure creatives are delivered on time
- Partner with User Acquisition Managers to analyse ad performance and understand what's working and why
- Review creative dashboards weekly to spot trends and opportunities
- Develop hypotheses for A/B tests and participate in test planning
- Monitor competitor ads and emerging trends across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Identify creative styles, hooks, and strategies that could inspire new directions
- Act as a communication bridge between marketing, design, and user acquisition
- Participate in weekly creative reviews and ideation sessions
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, fast iteration, and creative excellence
