Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We are looking for a Junior Ad Creative Producer who is hungry to grow, experiment, and push the boundaries of advertising creativity.
Requirements
- Contribute fresh ad concepts weekly
- Support the creative brainstorming process with ideas based on trends, competitors, TikTok/Reels format evolution, and performance learnings
- Work with designers and creative producers to bring concepts to life
- Help maintain a pipeline of continuous creative testing
- Coordinate production timelines to ensure creatives are delivered on time
- Prepare creative briefs, organise examples/inspiration, and collect assets needed for production
- Ensure creatives follow brand guidelines and platform best practices
- Partner with User Acquisition Managers to analyse ad performance and understand what’s working and why
- Review creative dashboards weekly to spot trends and opportunities
- Develop hypotheses for A/B tests and participate in test planning
- Share performance insights with the team in a structured, actionable way
- Monitor competitor ads and emerging trends across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Identify creative styles, hooks, and strategies that could inspire new directions
- Proactively suggest innovative concepts based on market intelligence
- Act as a communication bridge between marketing, design, and user acquisition
- Participate in weekly creative reviews and ideation sessions
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, fast iteration, and creative excellence
