Maintenance Controls Technician

Provides technical support to enable the Maintenance & Equipment Engineering Department to independently carry out daily responsibilities and integrate all phases of electronic / automated equipment installation, updates, and repairs.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot, update, and work on all equipment in a designated area of responsibility
• Current knowledge of electrical codes and electricity
• Machine rebuilding and mechanical knowledge including hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCS
• Computer Aided Design skills
• Ability to use and program personal computers and programmable machine controls
• Good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills
