Job Description
Rustic Pathways is seeking a Local Program Leader to travel and care for students in Greece. This seasonal position involves acting as a liaison between the program, students, international partners, and the Rustic Pathways team. The role focuses on safety, well-being, and positive impact through responsible travel experiences. Emphasis is placed on diverse perspectives and experiences representative of Rustic Pathways' commitment to sustainability and inclusivity.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in service-learning, tourism, outdoor leadership, youth mentorship, customer service, or experiential education.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in English and Greek
- Basic CPR and First Aid certification
- Demonstrated maturity and leadership skills.
