Local Spain Program Leader (Summer 2026)

Rustic Pathways is a student travel organization offering immersive programs in various destinations worldwide. This role is for a Local Spain Program Leader, responsible for student safety, well-being, and program management. The leader will collaborate with international partners, community groups, and staff to create a positive learning experience for students, contributing to a diverse, inclusive work environment. The position requires a passion for experiential education and a willingness to embrace both adventure and responsible travel.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in service-learning, tourism, outdoor leadership, youth mentorship, customer service, or experiential education.
• At least 2 years of experience working with young adults and/or adolescents.
• At least 6 months of experience living and/or working in an international, multicultural, or cross-cultural environment.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent work experience.
• 22 years of age or older
• Demonstrated maturity and leadership skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Basic CPR and First Aid certification from a licensed provider
• Experience teaching, instruction, and/or leadership in a multicultural environment
