Job Description
Rustic Pathways is seeking a Local Program Leader (Summer 2026) to care for students as they travel through Portugal. This role requires a proactive and responsible individual who acts as a liaison between the program and stakeholders, ensuring safety, well-being, and a positive learning experience for students. The position involves working in diverse communities, managing logistics, and fostering cross-cultural understanding, offering numerous opportunities for students to learn and grow.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in service-learning, tourism, outdoor leadership, youth mentorship, customer service, or experiential education.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
