Project Manager

Rycon Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager at their Fort Myers office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple retail commercial projects valued at $5 million and up. They will be responsible for reading documents and contracts, managing multiple projects, writing subcontracts, and reviewing/submittals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in managing multiple retail commercial projects valued at $5 million and up
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• College degree in a construction/engineering field preferred
