Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager at our Ft Lauderdale office to manage multiple projects, negotiate subcontracts, and maintain owner relations.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) + years' experience in managing multiple retail commercial projects valued at $5 million and up.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
• College degree in a construction/engineering field preferred, but not required.
