Ryder is seeking an Operations Management Trainee to develop leadership and operational knowledge in a 18 to 24-month training program. The position involves working collaboratively with different teams to gain insights into the business, processes, and strategies to align with customer retention and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience
- Strong PC knowledge/skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages
- Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics
