Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in credit and collections management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, HighRadius, and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Visualization).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proven team leadership and staff development abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic problem-solving and dispute resolution.
