Job Description
We are seeking a FOH - Floor Manager for our new Felice restaurant opening in Westport, CT. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the restaurant, leading by example, and ensuring exceptional guest service.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
- Proven track record of success in leading a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- Food handler's certification
