FOH - Runner

The FOH - Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately, while maintaining a professional demeanor and following opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining room
• Clean and wipe down plates from sauces
• Clear tables and bring dirty plates to the dishwashing area
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Maintain professional demeanor and follow service steps
• Maintain expertise on food menu, allergens, and allergy protocol
• Communicate effectively with staff and guests
