Job Description
SA Hospitality Group is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in the daily activities of the kitchen, including menu development, inventory, purchasing of supplies and cost control. The Sous Chef will be responsible for kitchen logistics, staff food training, labor and staff management, product and food presentation, financial management, administrative tasks, and service.
