Job Description
The Ground-up Commercial Superintendent is responsible for managing the schedule, quality, and safety of a project to keep it moving forward quickly and efficiently. They must demonstrate and model the company's core values and enforce corporate and OSHA safety policies on the jobsite.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a superintendent
- Project experience with interior renovations, ground-up, established malls and new mall environments, renovation work in occupied and unoccupied environments, urban and suburban work locations
- RECOMMENDED TRAINING / CERTIFICATIONS: OSHA 30 hour, CPR / First Aid / AED Training, Lead / Asbestos Awareness, LEED Accreditation
