Job Description
The Retail Superintendent will manage the schedule, quality, and safety of a retail project to ensure timely and efficient completion. This role requires a strong understanding of construction management principles and the ability to enforce corporate and OSHA safety policies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Project experience with interior renovations, ground-up, established malls and new mall environments, renovation work in occupied and unoccupied environments, urban and suburban work locations
- OSHA 30 hour certification
- CPR / First Aid / AED training
- Lead / Asbestos Awareness
- LEED Accreditation
