Legal Counsel

SafeRide Health is hiring a strategic and business-minded Legal Counsel to support the company’s continued growth and compliance in the healthcare sector.

Requirements

• Provide legal counsel to management and internal stakeholders on healthcare law, regulatory compliance, and related matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis of federal and state healthcare regulations
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor, partnership, and service agreements
• Advise on privacy and data protection matters, ensuring organizational practices comply with HIPAA and other applicable regulations
• Support litigation management, including coordination with outside counsel, insurers, and claim adjusters
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential legal risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies
• Assist in the development and maintenance of company policies to ensure compliance with evolving healthcare and corporate legal standards
