Job Description
PointClickCare is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and support the company's legal and business objectives. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to process improvements. This position requires a proactive, business-oriented lawyer comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in an applicable law society or U.S. state bar.
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house roles.
- Demonstrated ability to independently negotiate complex business transactions under tight deadlines.
