Job Description
SageSure is seeking a Principal Designer to join their Policyholder Experience team. The role involves leading discovery, UX research, and high-impact design to shape the B-to-C portal, drive customer experiences, and measure the impact of designs. This is an opportunity to influence the company's brand and user experience in a fast-growing insurance company.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a leading design role
- Facility in working with data-heavy but whitespace respecting patterns
- Fluency in creating interactive prototypes and finished designs
- Experience measuring, reporting on, and advancing the value of new and existing features
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving with quality visual designs
