Job Description
SageSure is seeking a Principal Designer to contribute to their Policyholder Experience team. The role involves working with product teams to shape the B-to-C portal, leading design thinking, user research, and execution, and leading end-to-end design. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance/insurtech, insurance, fintech, or complex business workflows, and a passion for impactful design.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a leading design role.
- Facility in working with data-heavy but whitespace-respecting patterns.
- Fluency in creating workflows and interactive prototypes.
- Experience measuring and reporting on new and existing features.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, including design flaws.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design experience.
- Experience working with a fully remote team.
