Requirements
- Own Sage growth end-to-end
- Drive the full lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and resurrection.
- Define and be accountable for metrics such as monthly active Sages, retention, NPS, and engagement.
- Design growth via product
- Lead and grow the team
- Run multi-channel growth programs
- Lead strategy for Sage community and events
- Be the voice of the Sage
- Product-minded growth leader: you’ve driven growth through product (activation flows, loops, retention mechanics).
- Marketplace or community experience: background in two-sided marketplaces, B2B SaaS, or executive communities is a plus.
- Hands-on operator: you can run campaigns, analyze funnels, and iterate quickly.
- Community builder: you know how to foster executive-level engagement via programs and events.
- Team builder: experience managing small, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Data-driven and creative: you use data to guide decisions and can find practical ways to engage busy executives.
- Clear communicator: you can align internal teams and communicate clearly with executives.
