Job Description

They are seeking a Head of Client Success to lead a Client Success function and ensure high-quality client outcomes through successful implementation and ongoing value delivery. This role requires a strategic leader who can build, scale, and coach a high-performing team and translate customer insights into actionable improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading and managing customer success teams
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related post-sales functions
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and coaching high-performing CS organizations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strategic operator with a hands-on mindset
- NYC-based with the ability to travel ~once-a-month to client sites across the U.S.
