Senior Product Manager, Operational Resilience

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our global team! We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our operational resilience product domain. The Senior Product Manager has a proven track record in Business Continuity Management, Vendor Risk Management and IT Risk Management.

Requirements

• Customer and market understanding: Develop and continually refine understanding of buyers’ challenges and needs, alternatives and competitors, buying stages and product use.
• Positioning and messaging: Use understanding of customers, competitors, and markets to develop effective, concise product positioning and messaging.
• Product differentiation: Learn the product strategy, perform industry trend analysis, competitive analysis and win/loss tracking to identify key differentiation messages for our solution offering and capabilities.
• Product execution: Work across the product team to develop innovation in the product with prioritized requirements and delivery validation.
• Sales enablement: Increase win rates via effective tools across all channels, product and vendor comparisons, playbook content, product catalogs, success stories, and solution sheets.
• Sales training: Increase win rates by providing training and scripting to connect buyer needs to relevant modules and capabilities.
• Product launches: Working in partnership with product marketing to plan and promote launches to ensure success.
