Assistant Director of Annual and Reunion Giving

The Assistant Director of Annual and Reunion Giving will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the College's Annual and Reunion Giving Program. This role will focus on building and maintaining a strong relationship with donors, creating and maintaining a young alumnae engagement program, and leading stewardship initiatives. The position requires a strong understanding of fundraising best practices and the ability to manage a team and volunteer efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of four years of related work experience (development, fundraising, annual giving, or volunteer management)
• Demonstrated ability and confidence in direct asks and cultivating philanthropic support.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for fundraising and engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.
