Assistant Vice President, Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving

The Assistant Vice President, Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving provides strategic leadership for the University's alumni engagement and annual giving efforts. This role focuses on cultivating lifelong alumni connections and securing philanthropic support for the university, managing programmatic priorities, mentoring staff, and establishing measurable goals. It aligns with the overall Advancement strategy and oversees budgets and policy development.

Requirements

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving programs.
• Lead and mentor staff across both functions.
• Develop and oversee a comprehensive alumni engagement program.
• Design and implement a comprehensive annual giving strategy.
• Serve as primary liaison to the Alumni Association.
• Engage alumni and donors directly.
