Job Description
Sally's Apizza is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will maintain consistent quality and hygiene, manage staff, and contribute to recipe development and cost control. This is an in-person position offering career advancement opportunities within a growing company.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of Food Safety systems and procedures
- Excellent food prep & knife skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Brink POS)
- Leadership experience within a full-service restaurant kitchen
- ServSafe Certified
- 2-3 years of leadership experience
